Sforza

Terms of Service

Sforza is operated by Aksu Tech, Inc., a Delaware corporation (United States). Last updated 16 August 2026.

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern access to and use of Sforza, the contract management service available at sforza.ai (the "Service"), provided by Aksu Tech, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Aksu Tech", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company, and "you" refers to the company.

2. The Service

Sforza provides a private repository for contracts and related documents, contract lifecycle records, renewal reminders, electronic signing where offered, and software-assisted reading of uploaded documents. The Service stores and organizes legal documents; it does not provide legal advice, and no part of the Service creates an attorney-client relationship.

3. Accounts and invitations

Access is by invitation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping access to your email account secure, and for the actions of the users your company invites. Notify us promptly at support@sforza.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the documents and data you store in the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display Customer Content in order to provide the Service, and for no other purpose. We do not use Customer Content to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not sell it. You are responsible for having the rights to upload the content you store.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to store or distribute unlawful material, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, to probe or disrupt the Service, or to resell access without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the Service or other customers at risk.

6. Fees

The Service is offered under subscription plans. The price, billing period, and any free trial of a plan are stated at the point of purchase, and payments are processed by our payment processor. Where a plan includes a free trial, no charge is made before the trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled as described in the Cancellation policy. We may change prices with at least fourteen days notice; a price change takes effect from the next billing period. The Refund and dispute policy applies to all charges. Taxes required by law are added where applicable.

7. Electronic signatures

Where the Service offers electronic signing, it records the signing ceremony, including consent, timestamps, and document fingerprints, and produces a verification record. The legal effect of an electronic signature depends on the law that applies to the signed document, and you are responsible for confirming that electronic signing is appropriate for your documents and jurisdictions.

8. Software-assisted features

Some features read documents and suggest information from them, such as dates, names, and summaries. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. They are aids, not conclusions: review them before relying on them, and treat the underlying document as the only authoritative source.

9. Privacy and data protection

Customer Content is stored with our hosting providers in the European Union and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our Privacy policy, available at sforza.ai/privacy-policy, describes what we collect, how it is used and shared, and how it is protected. A data processing agreement is available on request at support@sforza.ai.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time, as described in the Cancellation policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms if the breach is not cured within a reasonable period after notice, or immediately where the breach threatens the Service or other customers. After closure, data is retained and then deleted as described in the Cancellation policy.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100.00) if you have paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. For material changes we will give notice by email or in the product at least fourteen days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at support@sforza.ai; most matters are resolved directly. Courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, except where the law of your place of residence grants you mandatory protections.
